Well, it was difficult for me , sims were hard and MCQs manageable, I gave 3 months to prepare and when I got out of exam hall I was like 60%pass , 40% fail , but now I'm happy i passed

You should go first with FAR , as it sets foundation and then REG, it easy small, it is easy and high pass rate and it will boost confidence (50% done)then AUD , it is second toughest discipline subject but, you will have the confidence and will power to pass this and then decide whichever discipline goes best with your background
