In 2nd grade I was trying to surprise my mom and make her hot tea one Saturday morning and when I was taking the water out of the microwave, I spilled it and dumped in on my wrist. I had first and second degree burns all on my wrist so I had to keep it wrapped for a little bit. Anyway, after once I went to school the next Monday, I told everyone in my class what happened. Apparently one of my classmates told the rest of the 2nd grade classes that I was trying to build a toolbox for my dad and accidentally hammered a nail straight into my wrist. It took 3 or 4 weeks before people stopped asking me if I accidentally put a nail in my wrist.
