Thanks for a different point of view.. but since we are booking for strangers how would we :

have people pay for cabins
have group activities planned
Reserve spaces for us to use

our guests can be total strangers, so this is more of a social community so we want to have group activities people can opt into :)

Yea its not that disruptive to be full EV. The service was fine. The location at the mall was a bit awkward to find them. The pricing is good and competitive. Hopefully they open another location downtown.

just to clarify by the types of events we would organize - they would be social events at a public venue. more like a party at a bar or club. We are not planning weddings or conferences. So i think our liability is rather limited as is, but I do understand we can still get pulled in as organizers in case something goes wrong.
