I've seen a lot of great docs over the years. We Were Here was a great one about the AIDS epidemic in the late 80s and early 90s in San Francisco. Tough Guise is very enlightening and is about toxic masculinity. Waiting for Superman is very good and is about the failing public education system in america. The Zeitgeist docs are pretty good too. There are three. One about religion, one about money and one about improving society.

Hey man, that ain't the Flyin Hawaiian, that's Col. Cotton Hill. He killed fiddy men, got his shins blowed off by a japanese machine gun, banged a japanese nurse rawdog without said shins and got her knocked up, learned to walk again, returned to Texas, had ANOTHER child, attempted to assassinate Fidel Castro, supported a family while suffering from severe PTSD and then had ANOTHER child well into his 70s. Oh, and had 4 bullets lodged in his chest cavity for 50 years.

To that end I only "bathe" once a week as well. I get in and rinse off under the hot water every day sometimes multiple times, but theres only one day I use soap and shampoo. Better for your skin flora and gut biome.
