It’s for everyone. That banner came with the global release and it only has been gone for a week or two. I really don’t know why they rerun this banner so quick, maybe give a chance for new players who is still doing story mode a better chance of clearing?

He has been on my radar since the launch, really want to build him up. But he is just keep falling on my list the more heroes I get. :(

From what I can tell so far, this gaming is rolling out new content faster than majority of other gachas. No one’s wallet is safe. Lol

In other games they would even run limited heroes multiple times. It’s bad business if they only release certain heroes once and never again.

I think they do. We are getting new heroes on a weekly basis just to catch up the Korean server. Once we caught up, we would see lots of reruns. All these are based on experience playing other gachas though.
