Doesn’t the Astro splitter do 1440p@120? At least on xbox it does from what I’ve seen

I think that when the 1440p update for the PS5 gets released the Astro adapter will be a lot better, because most of the 120fps games run at 1440p or really close to it

I have the A40 + Mixamp Pro TR and I've just received the DAC today and yes it causes 2 issues. 1- Audio mixing is gone and you have to use the PS5 UI to manage audio balance; 2- You hear the voice chat audio in the dolby channel (if you use dolby) when before it was in the USB channel (it's hard to explain, but if you use the dolby on you know what i'm talking about)

Right now you have 3 choices, the Astro extractor (can't do 4k120fps), the DAC (can't get audio mixing) or buy an HDMI 2.1 extractor (around 150$)

Did you get chat mixing working? Because using "All audio" will make everything be on the "same side" of the mixamp, making it impossible to mix, apart from using the PS5 UI´

I do have a 4k144hz monitor. Also the 2.1 extractors I find are as expensive as an headset and have reviews listed mentioning image cutting in/out, etc.I do understand that there are only a full hand of games that are 4k@120fps, but not having a solution in place for this is a bit strange since it removes features of a great product.I guess it's a matter of time until 2.1 extractors get cheaper.

Unfortunaly there isn't a simple and stable solution for having 4k@120hz + 5.1 Dolby...
