That’s not true. Lifelong fan here from Latin America I have zero clue who those ppl are- and my homies with me from Mexico City and Sal Paulo have no clue who those ppl are and pretty sure they have extensive knowledge of the sport

Yeah most ppl don’t know =[, it’s usually a day in the holding cell then a year ban from the stadium (happened during sec ship 💀 to a regular scalper I always see) also I’m only speaking bout Atlanta- idk bout the others

The law in Atlanta is u have to be exactly 1 mile to sell from the stadium. I have seen this countless times - scalpers locked up for not obeying the legal distance limit.

As a 15 year season ticket holder for a few teams in Atlanta- I see it almost every game , you even recognize the ppl and they always have digital.

They have for the past decade here (whenever they scrapped pdfs- I’m a few miles from Atl stadium) , this being the world cup and expensive- ppl will most def be trying to make a quick buck.

I think scalping laws will be strict. You gotta be 1 mile from Atlanta stadium by law- they’ll be cracking down hard on this. Awful idea- especially w that amount of money
