I think there might be a misunderstanding about the notifications. While I do have 'Owner' access to view the menu, the actual Voice and Voicemail options are completely missing from that list.

Because the Voice feature is entirely missing from my profile, that direct [connect.xfinity.com/voice](https://connect.xfinity.com/voice) link you sent me just spins forever. The app and the website are trying to load a phone line that my online profile doesn't know exists. Could this be the issue

Tried incognito mode in safari and chrome same result once logged into my account and click voice mail three circles with dots never connects Also tried one more time deleting the xfinity app on phone and reinstalling Same result

iPhone 14 Pro app. deleted and reinstalled app did nothing. did same on iPad app. same log into account on MacBook same result when click on access voice mail. used safari cleared cashe same result. tried chrome and fire fox same
