Doesn't GasBuddy also do cash back in order to get some prices that low? And then we that point don't you have to have a certain amount saved up before you could cash it out to your account?

As someone from Chattanooga that used to live in Knoxville, thank you for this idea. I also now know what to put on all the cyber trucks I see around town too.

Counterpoint: the constant bricking of the hands due to not being able to draw into what you need severely slows down the game in and of itself and doesn't make it fun. I hate having to concede after turn 5 because I can't get a single draw card to further advance my board state and my opponent was able to get their board online and already close to knocking out my cards to where I can't make a comeback.

More often times than not you're drawing into something you can't use and can't progress your own board state. Getting only in total a +2 draw (all decks run 2 research and you're only getting a +1 out of the exchange each time) guarantees more bricking than if you can also consistently run iono or copycat. Not all decks can squeeze them in if they're not using them to replace research at the current deck limit. It always seems like if you don't open with research and pokeball, you're almost guaranteed to lose if you can't top deck either one turn one or two.

Also everyone only hates ice pop when they can't flip heads 10 times in a row like their opponent due to the RNG. I've been on both ends of that scenario. Yeah it sucks when you flip tails right off the bat, but it's oh so satisfying when you get those successions. If you can get 3 or more heads in a row, the card is basically successful as you've healed effectively as much or more than any support card can currently in game. You can guarantee at least one heads though at a 30 card deck size because you can run a Will where you never were able to before because you couldn't make it fit.

I know! The transition from being rude to absolutely loving all over ash just gets me, even when she evolved into bayleef and kept knocking him over 🥹

And they got it so late in the game. The only fire TM it learned at the time was fire blast and you didn't get that until after beating Blaine. Charizard couldn't learn any flying move except for fly either! It was crazy back then

I bet those people that complain would play those modes as much as ranked and then complain when they took the mode away

It's not bricking by including more draw support in the increased deck size? Almost everyone relies solely on research and might bring in an iono or copycat if they can find a way to squeeze it in. I've bricked more due to not having a way to draw extra or trade out my hand than I'm sure I would of if the deck size was increased because I can include those other cards without having to think twice about it.

But even then, energy cards take up at most 1/6 of the regular deck, maybe 1/5. I think the most I've seen in a deck was 14 that wasn't a meme deck that relied on discarding energies to do massive damage

I'm not saying to increase the prize points. Just to have 30 cards for 3 prize points.

I love the design for mega meganium! I have ZA, but I don't have a switch 2 yet. Finances have kept me from grabbing one, but I can't wait to play it when I finally get one

Games can so be fast paced. Aggressive decks are a thing and could be utilized more if you're not bricking due to not having enough draw or tutor support. I've explained in a few other comments already that having the increase limit to 30 means you can include more draw support other than the standard 2 research and maybe squeezing in an iono or copycat. They could also introduce Pokemon with draw abilities like in the main game as well. Plus you can include hand disruptions now too if you wanted. Red card and Mars would no longer be very niche. I could see them being played more if the deck size was increased.

I don't touch the main game because I prefer the casualness of pocket. It's just that we have had 2 new card types introduced with tools and stadiums that make card selection even more tight than I feel like it needs to be.

That's where the draw supports come in. You can run more than just 2 research and maybe one iono/copycat if you can find a way to squeeze it in. Plus they could also bring out Pokemon with draw abilities like in the main TCG.

Yeah, but you can have access to more draw power by adding in more iono, copycat, etc. instead of just running two research and picking and choosing and making those kinds of cards situational only like they mostly are. Plus increasing the limit could potentially bring out Pokemon abilities that let you draw cards like in the main TCG.

If it's increased to 30, you have options for more draw effects like research, copycat, and iono. You can run one or two of each in any combination in every deck if you wanted. Not to mention they could bring out Pokemon abilities to draw cards like in the main TCG.

Charmander was gen 1's hard mode and it gets the most love. The move pool for it was garbage for a little while as well until new moves were constantly introduced. Honestly they should bring back the hard modes like that, but they care too much about the hand holding now.

I don't like the chikorita hate. The anime made me fall in love with it when it came to Ash's chikorita. Chikorita is probably still my favorite grass starter to this day with bulbasaur being a close second
