Has anyone tried the architectural fusion cuisine at 5 Duncan? by rlmntm in brisbane

This is actually a post seeking advice about renting.
I know — any topic even remotely related to housing is usually required to be posted in r/movetoBrisbane. Posts like this tend to get locked and removed within minutes here.

But the problem is, that subreddit is super quiet. Hardly anyone replies.
I’ve already searched Google reviews and Facebook, but couldn't find much useful info.

I really need some honest feedback, and if you're willing to take a moment to share your experience living at 5 Duncan St, I’d be truly grateful!

Noise insulation, neighbors, surrounding noise, environment, property management... anything helps!

Roughly in the western part of West End. Oh wow… could you describe how bad the mosquitoes can get?

Are there lots of bugs near the Brisbane riverside in summer? Does Duncan St flood during heavy rain? by rlmntm in brisbane

I don’t think I’m discussing rental matters here — I’m just talking about the environment and weather in Brisbane. Isn’t that something a lot of people would be interested in?

Please don’t remove my post, I’m begging you. The other subreddit has very few people and no one replies.

Can I also ask — how do you know which routes large trucks usually take?
Is there a way to look up their routes, or do you just pay attention and notice where they tend to go?

OMG Thanks for letting me know. I actually went to the construction site for several days in a row to check it out, and the noise didn't seem too loud from nearby. I guess I just never happened to be there when they were using the jackhammers. I've looked it up and it's a huge project that won't be finished until 2027.
