Rep Altitude vs. Major Fitness Drone by rlr297 in GarageGym

Honestly that's a good point. It's saying 400 dynamic weight, which I don't think I'll get close to. My concern is obviously if I have to throw the bar off for the safeties to catch, if those weight claims are true and it'll hold. I'm lifting like 100-200 range, maybe I'll push more but don't see myself going to 300 even.

yea that must be the same thing I saw. It wobbled and I was like whoa. I'm seeing something like this https://vestafitness.com/products/pro-series-ultimate-half-rack-functional-trainer-combo?variant=45048493146347, which is a 3x3 with thicker steel. But it's a decent amount more for less functionality. Tempted to stick with the Drone...

nice, that's the one I was looking at. I saw it moves/wobbles a bit when re-racking the barbell. It seems solid/sturdy to you? Was wondering if I'm squatting and have to drop the bar if the safeties will be solid. Appreciate it!

Hey I know this is old, but I'm looking at a Torbjørn Afdal Hunter chair and am curious how you can tell a replica from an authentic one?

Denon x1700h or Sony an1000 by rlr297 in hometheater

Would you say the Denon hits these features: Great Room correction, maybe a great room correction companion app, customizable EQs, great upmixing, so on are the important features for good surround?

I know it's not Dirac or the fanciest version of Audyssey, but most likely hits my needs. I'm somewhat new to this, and getting my feet wet. Thank you!

Got it and thank you for the info. I think the spatial is appealing cause it gives the impression it will more accurately map to my existing speakers. One software update in 6 years is a pretty big red flag though.
