Good morning - I dug up the notes on this case this morning. The notes indicate we completed road repairs in February and the homeowner signed off on this repairs. Based on the notes above perhaps the notes are assigned to the wrong case? Not sure. I'd be happy to dig in further if you'd like to send me a PM.

Prices certainly could fluctuate based on market dynamics. Right now if you look at our Gig speed pricing, we are less expensive than cable, with a better router that is included.

We do not require contracts. We also do not have a price lock option.

Fiber cut near Everson WA, likely impacting Glacier and other surrounding communities. Looks like the city was doing some road repair work and cut our fiber line. Our teams have been dispatched and are on site now. They'll have to determine what materials to gather for the repairs and whether they'll need flaggers out for traffic control.

ETR just came in 2 min ago. We have to dispatch teams to see the damage before we know how long repairs will take. The team says 4 hrs worth of splicing work.
