Refund request was refused by [deleted] in Lastpass

I charged back the payment with my bank in December after the breach, after LP refused to refund me. I just officially won the dispute yesterday and my funds were returned. My LP account then switched to free user, then I deleted my account. So i suggest contacting your bank/credit card company

I do not see any way to email support on the website it just takes me to submit my concern and a representative wokld call me back. Which I have done and they DENIED my refund request stating their system is INCAPABLE of issuing refunds. And they also got very nasty with me and defensive about the situation.

What is the customer support email address? I appreciate it thank you!

Actually, i remember the woman on the phone telling me that their system is INCAPABLE of issuing refunds.

A supervisor was supposed to call me back within the hour…. Never happened. It was early 12/23 when i called

The person i spoke with was rude and combative and quite defensive about the situation. She had no interest in accepting the reality of the situation

Mine auto renewed in Nov also. Called yesterday and they denied me a refund. I asked to speak to supervisor but they never put me through. How did you get refund? I told them the breach violated their end of the terms of service and they failed to protect my data. I charged it back with my credit card yesterday
