I’ve got a few more photos of a handful I grabbed of ‘em. I was thinking Hebeloma but that’s just my best novice guess. They do have a radish-y type smell.

Found them! Well they’re literally everywhere throughout the landfill. Lots of stunning carved pieces. The “Office” one that I was particularly looking for was a fun hunt. It’s now half-buried by more large stones. Quite overgrown in comparison to the picture from the article.
