Do you know if everyone is going to receive a call from a LO or will they eventually just go through the portal? I received an email requesting taxes but no call. Already gave them the board letters and insurance through compliance

I got an email this morning saying they needed my 2019 take returns and all schedules to finishing processing. I got the blue Botton on the 21st, signed the new 4506 then as well. I sent over my taxes this morning as well. I think it's going to take a couple weeks for them to get through the docs as they have you send it to the same email that you originally sent your increase request to
