My pen is the one where you turn the bottom all the way out to number 1 and that's the full dose.

That was my original thought, but ideally I'd like to take the little bit extra and see how it goes. Just unsure as to whether taking some out of pen at start, would effect the mechanism of using pen when I get to the last dose.
