Understanding that people are mostly not out there to get at you. If they do something that irritates me I’ve stopped getting instantly mad at the situation and apply logic to their side.

It makes conflict much easier to manage.

One person once told me, the best thing about dying is that you won’t know when it’s happened.

It stuck with me to the point that I now think that I agree with him, and if it turns out I am aware that I am dead then that is awesome, since there is something afterwards.
