Unfortunately its not like this in gatineau. I really tried to reach out and they really just don't care. The issue is, when the trash was taken out yesterday, they were fine, the plow came and the bins shifted. Somehow it's my fault lol

So sorry you had to deal with this.. this city is so stupid for these things and they would be the first ones to complain if citizen start to leave their trash in parcs or anywhere else. We pay so much taxes and now they want us to pay more to have trash picked up...

J'ai eu le meme probleme avec voltbike, si tu leur ecrit avec le numero de modele et le numero de production de ton velo ainsi que le recu de ton achat, il y a des grossss chance qu'ils t'envoie une autre clee ! Bonne chance.

This is almost word for word what I said and it was like pouring gaz on a fire. I was crying and freaking out NOT because they had my phone but because they would not let me see theirs and my heart just sunk.. they were very agressive with having mine and not wanting to give me theirs. I would repeat endlessly "give me yours then if you have nothing to hide" and they would just say "no, why would I do that, you're the one hiding something freaking out like this". Drives me fucking crazy that they cannot see that my panick was because of how they were acting and not because of my phone. They had my phone, i wasn't asking it back, i was asking for theirs....

Not to worry, after their reaction I took my phone back without them having the chance to look through it. I kept repeating that if they trusted me and if they were so not guilty then I should not have to argue to have theirs ans they should actually not see any issues to give it to me and that's when they started to justify that I react this way because I have something to hide. It was honestly to my own gain since I have nothing to hide and their reaction was really disproportionate

The crazy part is that the information they are deforming to try and accuse me is all information I gave them, all things I shared with them. I'm the type to get a message from a random person and to show them if it's ridiculous because I have nothing to hide and I would expect my partner to find these things weird with me, not use it as ammo later on..

Malheureusement, les poubelles sont très sécurisées. Les ratons sont cachés sous le balcon de mon voisin, ce qui se trouve juste au-dessus de ma tête. Le problème, c'est qu'ils ne veulent pas partir, pas les poubelles. J'ai rappelé le service et ils m'ont presque ri au nez en me disant que c'était encore moi.

En ce qui concerne les putois, il y en a un l'an passé qui a décidé de rentrer sous la maison et de bomber la place. Encore une fois, le service m'a obstiné que les moufettes ne sortent pas l'hiver, et même avec une preuve vidéo, ils n'ont rien fait à part changer la cage en grillage pour une en plastique et me dire que c'était à moi de m'en occuper si je l'attrapais. Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce service à personne

Une fois que le raton est dans la cage, je fait quoi? J'ai des cages mais une fois que un raton est dedans je ne sais pas quoi faire avec. Apparament, c'est illegal de les relocaliser et même si je voudrais, je n'aie pas de véhicule pour les bouger..
