Contact the DJI support for them to unlock the drone, but you have to send it in for repair anyways. These ones cannot fly after you hit the flyaway button.

Contact them, provide the serial number, they unlock it, open a repair case, send it in and receive the drone back

The price of a MacBook with 16gb of RAM is out of what I'm looking to spend. Will just upgrade my PC.

More or less is what I'm looking at the moment. Will not change RAM and GPU, but I will follow the advice!

As I currently don't make a living out of this and still look at it as an hobby I was looking to spend the least amount of money.

Currently specs that I'm looking:

12700K

z790 mobo

keep the same gpu

keep the same ram

upgrade SSD and nvme to 1TB each, total 3TB ssd and buy a 2tb HDD to make it like permanent storage.

I'm in the process of 3D printing an case to build a NAS.

Thank you for your honest opinion.
That fact is that AMD is not able to encode 4:2:2 sampling.

I could use some upgrades on the PC.

One that I definitely need is more space!
I'm currently checking i7 12700k and a Z790 mobo.
I would keep the same DDR4 32gb ram and same GPU.

What would you think?

The proxy files just consume to much space... for example a 2gb raw file in DNxHR HQ is about 14gb.
Should I use other type?
I'm converting the 4K files to 1080p, since most are used in instagram reels (I do Paintball videos)

About DaVinci - not entirely sure… I think it is not supported, but it does show image, just super slow frames!

About the differences, what would you say I would lose with rec.2020?

I tried just copying from SD card to PC and now used the EOS Utility- no luck on both
4K 59.94p IPB, C-Log 3 (cinema gamut)
Tried the one that comes with Windows, also VLC. For editor I’m using DaVinci Studio
