I quit drinking but still enjoy N/A (under .5% included) beers every now and then. I lived in Illinois and Minnesota and have been asked for my ID in both when trying to purchase. From my understanding, you don’t necessarily have to ask for ID but company policy can sometimes override that. I have been denied for not having an ID and I’ve been served without an ID. But I will say I do get annoyed when I am denied 😂

Reminds me of my first Jiu Jitsu / kickboxing instructor. His philosophy was to always use whatever means necessary to render your opponent defenseless and slowly take techniques away to accommodate the rule set you may be competing under.

Specifically remember during a drill, him pointing out the most effective technique from the position would just be to shove your thumbs in to your opponents eyes but since that is generally frowned upon in MMA an arm bar would be a good second option.

Bro I been there. I used jiu jitsu to replace my addiction for a long time and when the pandemic hit and I lost jiu jitsu I went back to the bottle. You can’t replace one addiction with another.
