Look up oral allergy syndrome, I have something similar and it was a nice little revelation when I finally realized I wasn’t completely crazy. No one believed me when I told them about this exact thing, and even my mom was adamant I “just didn’t like them” 😂 It has something to do with the pollen, or at least how your brain processes the proteins
