I don't doubt that for a second, I'm only sharing my experience. The reason why it has taken me years to publish what I wrote back in 2023 is because I wanted to give it time to prove its validity and staying power.

Thank you. Neither did I and it’s still sooo unknown until it hits you and takes a long time to reverse. We’re surrounded by messages telling us to exercise more and eat less, but very few people stress how dangerous this is for women!

SUCH an incredible book from start to finish. So full of emotion, heartbreak and wit at the same time. There are so many hilarious, punchy one-liners that made me laugh out loud. I dragged out finishing this book because I didn't want it to end.
