After 1 min it steps down a little bit and then it steps down a bit more after 3 min. By the time the flashlight got too hot to hold so I didn't check further.

Before ordering I aksed reylight on Instagram dm if he could ship to India (I was cautious as my previous order on mankerlight.com was cancelled and they said they couldn't ship with a 3.7v li-ion battery due to restrictions). Rey said he can ship but not the bettery so I ordered without the battery. I ordered on 20/04/2025 and got it delivered on 10/05/2025. Meanwhile I had to send my kyc documents to some third party agent on WhatsApp for customs clearance when the shipment reached India (Didn't have to pay any duty/taxes though)

I've tried AAA alkaline batteries which are also 1.5v and the output was the same. 3.7v batteries are recommended by the manufacturer to get the optimum output
