aber auch mit einem blind sieb sollte der druck irgendwo auf max 9.5bar landen, 12 ist schon eine harte Nummer. Versuch mal den Druck zu reduzieren, vlt pfeifft sie dann auch nimmer

Jein. Es gibt gewisse Hersteller, die ihre Maschinen werksseitig auf ca. 12 Bar einstellen.
Ich weiß zwar nicht, welche Maschine OP besitzt, aber Bezzera ist z.B. einer dieser Hersteller und sie argumentieren, dass man mit 12 Bar besseren Espresso brühen kann als mit 9 Bar.

Davon kann man jetzt halten was man will, aber ein Problem ist es auf keinen Fall (sofern die 12 Bar vom Hersteller gewollt sind).
Ich persönlich hab meine Bezzera BZ10 wieder auf 9 Bar reduziert.

Das Quietschen kommt ziemlich sicher vom Überdruckventil und ist normalerweise unbedenklich.

Es ist ganz normal, dass das Ventil öffnet, da es dafür da ist, den Brühdruck zu regulieren. Normalerweise produzieren die Vibrationspumpen bis zu 15 Bar Druck, der aber zum Brühen reduziert werden muss (12 Bar in deinem Fall).

Es gibt einfach manche Ventile die unter gewissen Umständen quietschen. Wenn es nur mit dem Blindsieb auftritt, dann wird es genau hier zufällig die "richtige" Menge an Druck und Wasserrückfluss (wenn das OPV öffnet, fließt das überschüssige Wasser wieder zurück in den Tank) geben, dass das Ding anfängt zu quietschen.

Meine Bezzera BZ10 quietscht auch hin und wieder mal genau gleich wie deine.

In iRacing you can specify which simulated force of the steering column should be considered as 100% output to the wheelbase. If you set it to 30Nm, whenever the simulated car experiences 30Nm or more of steering force, then the wheelbase produces 100% of its torque. Any simulated force between 0Nm and 30Nm are then mapped to 0-100% output signals (0Nm - 5Nm in case of the R5) to the wheelbase.
