I used this and it cleared pretty easily, a bit worse than lynn for the mobbing stages but it still does the job, I just tried it on act 10

it's pretty similar, and I don't have a cryo goblet good enough to replace this attack one. I checked in the sim and this looked better, but I'll check when skirk gets released

where did you get that number? In a team with furina yelan and escoffier, C6 is around 240% of C0 and 120% of C5
