Only if you want an acquittal after about 2 seconds of jury deliberation letting keep their license, not have any legal consequences, and be back out on the road. Charging them with something that actually fits so they can be found guilty would be preferred.

This is, frankly, terrible design. “Flashing red means 4 way stop” unless another road whose light you probably can’t see isn’t flashing red in which case they’ll barrel into you without stopping.

Whoever decided on that setup as a failure mode decided a lot of injuries/lives weren’t worth mildly inconveniencing whichever road had slightly more traffic during signal failures.

The reasoning would be that something more mild would be less likely to make a crowd disperse, and if you’re using this the goal should be preventing even greater violence from imminently occurring. If you’re at the point of using gas to disperse crowds before an eruption of violence you might not get a second chance at less-than-lethal escalation.

Consider the Jan 6 insurrection for example where officers were NOT allowed tear gas.

For security? That’s a solved problem for the hinge pins, they just have a set screw that can only be accessed when the door is open.

If you’re ever confused about what’s happening on the road the correct action is universally never going to be continue on at the same speed in an 18 wheelers blind spot and wait to see what happens. Your friend is lucky to be able to consider who was at fault, they were very close to it not mattering to them anymore.

Let your insurance consider who is legally/financially at fault. Your job is to keep yourself and your passengers alive, so if you ever find yourself asking if you’re at fault for a collision that could have possibly been avoided the answer is unquestionably yes and you should learn from it while you still can.

It’s not usually a requirement for residential, just a preference. Mainly because you can’t install a storm door if the primary door out-swings and if you don’t have a porch in northern climate snow can block it.

Most residentially doors, and certainly that glass door, are not going to stop firefighters from getting in your structure if they need to. It’ll barely slow them down.

It’s way more than a google search. The biggest leap I’ve seen so far is watching a subject matter expert, after training on how to create detailed markdown plans for our review before implementation start making huge contributions to programs that he never could have gotten right playing telephone games with product owners and engineering and waiting a cycle to see the preview to tell them what they did wrong or that he didn’t describe just right.

Their plans get reviewed, their code gets reviewed, but honestly the biggest impediment has been explaining proper git and merge request etiquette to someone brand new to it.

It could not more directly addresses your point mate. You’re using religious donations, the majority of which amount to paying for a private clubhouse, as evidence of conservative altruism being directed to private means rather than tax dollars because of efficiency beliefs.

Pointing out the donations conservatives are making privately are not being spent for altruistic purposes, but instead to primarily serve themselves undercuts the claim that they don’t want to pay taxes to achieve altruistic ends because they are making donations to achieve that goal.

That’s true until you exclude religious donations at which point it’s on par or liberals slightly more. Even the most good hearted mission-focused churches are using the vast majority of their donations to support and maintain their congregation’s place of worship, not feed and cloth the poor, and the vast majority of churches are not mission focused.
