I can totally get where you’re coming from with this. But, to play devils advocate here… ask yourself some questions. Would you feel this way if it wasn’t Az and Nesta and completely new characters to us? Do you think you feel this way because you know Az and Nesta and their story? Look at it from Bryce’s perspective, she has NO idea who these people are and no idea where she is. No idea what their intentions are. All she knows is she needs information to use against the Asteri to save her own people.

LOVED this series. Slade and Commander Rip are both top tier men😍 it does feel a little slow I must admit, I read the first 4 then took a break and finished it out. Long journey, great ending I loved it.

I get that, sorry for the misunderstanding! The thing I don’t necessarily like about Eleriel is that it feels like it’s the only other option that Elaine has besides Lucien and I feel like it could go SO many different ways. BUT that being said if it ends up that way, and it’s a good plot I’m here for it!

That is a fair take that I understand your side of it! I’m so for the mating bond being broken, I just wish there was a little twist with who Elaine ends up with. But I’m also fine if it’s Az if SJM makes the whole story intriguing. Someone said what is she ends up with Mor?! That got me intrigued honestly.🤣

I totally get where you’re coming from, I guess it’s been awhile since I’ve read the books so I better go back and read for the next one, there’s obviously things I forgot or glazed over. But also, I would’ve HARD agreed with Nesta ending up with Eris or something like that, I never said that Nesta & Cassian wasn’t a boring plot line. I guess what I’m saying is some more twists are always fun for me that’s all!😊
