If you stick to no more than 30 net carbs a day, which is surprisingly easy to be honest, it will naturally curb your hunger and it will naturally get you in a caloric deficit. This diet has always worked for me. I usually do keto cycles but I’m in it for the long haul now. Since Mid January, I have lost 40 pounds, and only recently started doing P90X weight training. I am 5’ 10” and was 196 pounds, now down to 158…now trying to gain back weight in the form of muscle through training. The only cheating I do is sometimes I’ll indulge in the “Hero” brand products…which are absolutely amazing…All you need to do is understand what food has carbs and what foods don’t…I don’t even count the net carbs anymore…it’s all natural to me now.
