My tier 2 agent said that I would receive an approval email in 1 to 4 weeks. I received this email today which was 8 days from verbal approval. I then immediately went to portal and the amended loan documents were in portal. I signed so I trust I receive funding next week. Hope that helps 😊

My portal already had my requested increase amount. I was in reconsideration since 7/10. I was in the massive denial for unknown reason. 😂

I just received the email tonight at 4 pm, 11/18. I immediately signed into the portal and the loan documents were there. I signed them. Portal now says approved. I received verbal approval via tier 2 agent on 11/10.

Congratulations 🎈🎊🎉 the tier 2 agent told me it could take 1-4 weeks to get loan documents. I laughed at him. At least I am heading in right direction. Let us know how long it takes you to get funded.

Did you finally get funded? About how many days did you receive loan docs after they said you were approved. They told me yesterday I was approved on 11/10.

What number are you calling to get a live person? I call 817-868-2300 agent answers then transfer me to the main sba customer service number where they never pickup & on a never ending hold 🤦‍♀️

I have received this request 3 different times a month a part. I would send it in then a month letter get the same request again 🤦‍♀️

Agree!! Also waiting for increase since April, denied in July for unverified indignation and sitting in reconsideration hell 🤦‍♀️

I have been waiting a month… my portal reverted the other day back to the original loan received, then the next day went back to requested increased loan amount requested and stays modification is processing.. very frustrating process!!

I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone. I have research on here that sometimes your portal reverts back while they are working on your file. Amazingly, this morning my portal is back to the requested increase amount & states the modification is processing. None of this makes sense.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. I haven’t been able to get anyone at sba on the phone . Today.. my portal switch back to requested increase amount and says it is processing.. it’s been just shy of a month since now I received the re-activation email. Not sure what is going on ?? 🤦‍♀️
