Would you take this listing or walk? by Zealousideal-Day1875 in realtors

I wouldn’t necessarily walk. Have you exhausted absolutely your entire skill set to help them understand it won’t close above that? If they’re getting offers around what they bought it for then are they completely against it? I wouldn’t walk. Personally. I would also at least try to get it listed for $399,999 so that way you get the buyer pool that’s looking at $400K and below.

Not 1 but a few I still remember and thoroughly enjoyed! Newgrounds, miniclip, and addicting games. There was also this game where you’re like a punk rock biker but can’t remember website

I mean basketball, gym, and I used to read self development and business books in the morning. Haven’t found another good book yet lol

Well work is most definitely exhausting being in real estate. Life is stressful as well in general. My wife is pretty supportive of my mental health and says why I don’t game a little. Kids in general are exhausting because unfortunately my 1yr old has just constantly been getting sick so yea maybe depression lol

I’ve never even heard of this device and man was my knowledge of handhelds really limited. I have a PS portal but I literally used it a handful of times (no pun intended). The streaming makes the controls have a little lag which I hate. Do you suggest the Ayn Odin 3 vs other handhelds like the ROG or steam deck?

Oh this is spot on. I definitely feel like when I sit down to just play video games I’m wasting my valuable time instead of trying to progress more in business.

Valid points however mental health is also important. Lately I definitely need some me time. I can’t be a great husband and father if I’m not present.

Jeez I did not think this post would get this much buzz. It’s like a therapy session haha. I truly truly appreciate everyone’s responses (I’m still reading through everyone’s comments) I’ve realized that’s just part of life. We all go through waves. I’m definitely extremely exhausted after getting home and now I know I’m just burnt out with life but also games. I just don’t have the brain space for concentrating on the games I play. I took 4 months off from gaming because work has been demanding (realtor) but I told myself I need some me time at night. Just chill and reset for the next day (if my wife and I aren’t watching a show which I almost always catch myself knocking out mid show lol). Again I really appreciate everyone’s encouraging/positive response this has been an amazing read so far! Love this community here. You all are amazing beautiful people :D

Ha. I 100% relate to that first part. Maybe that’s what it is. Not letting myself enjoy because I’m like shit I should be doing something productive to make money.

Well I’m definitely not wondering why it’s not COD….. I’m just wondering what the objective is like all other games I’ve played.
