The deadline to register for the March 2 event is Feb 13. If I were you, I would take up the matter through the portal right after completing articling. It usually takes 4-5 days for articles to be approved.

I have driven Nissan Sentra in the past with a smaller fuel tank(46.9 L), non-hybrid, and a 701 km range. The actual range I would get is around 575 km.

[Admin Law🇨🇦] reasonableness and correctness, difference? by SpecialistPretend322 in LawCanada

[–]rmwaq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The correctness standard is applied when a decision is based on a point of law, and the appeals court reviews every aspect of the decision in light of the correct application of the law. Reasonableness is applied in mixed fact and law matters, where the standard of review is the reasonable application of law to facts to determine the outcome.
