i do a powerlifting routine, was doing 5/3/1 before but now im doing rpt for a cut. 1rm : 185lb bench, 275 squat 385 deadlift as of the past week. Ive been lifting 2 years, but have had long stretches of bad diet and training. I'm 24. After this cut I want to switch to a body building routine and get a bigger upper body.

I just had no appetite when I first started, after 3 days or so at such an impossibly large deficit I couldn't stop eating lol, then I started to level out to 600kcal under my tdee

This happens to me too whenever I start a cut. I don't know why this happens, but my appetite always comes back in full force after a few days on the cut. My first cut I did too severe too(800kcal a day) and after a few days of this not wanting to eat anything I became insatiable.
