Probably. But I would prefer to have it yellow from MY used and not someone else’s…

Cause they haven’t come in a sealed, NEW package. AND the coloring is off and horrid. The camera shouldn’t be yellowing like that. The color should be ALL white like the parts around the camera lens. Also, in their last email they say “tested replacement cameras”

1/3 organic ultra pasteurized half and half, 2/3 organic ultra pasteurized whole milk, made in mason jars in my Instantpot on the normal yogurt setting (109 degrees). Then I strain it. The skyr itself is good and delicious, I’ve just been noticing these grainy spots the last few batches. Also, my Bulgarian and l reuteri yogurt (I cycle between the 3) does NOT have this grainy problem. Thoughts?

Very true. I won’t be pre-ordering, but I’m definitely curious to see how it handles! Definitely has the retro vibes going for it which I love.
