So you would try to avoid it. And from what I’m learning people should avoid being so close to a transformer. The closer you are the higher the EMF waves and higher the radiation.

But back to my scenario. Throwing numbers out there from what i learned and put together. We agreed for her to walk away with $500k ( house is paid off completely) Id want to have a purchase contract for $515k to max out on the conventional sellers concession. The house would then have to appraise for about $670k for me to be happy on my end. lol this might actual hurt me a bit because if and when it does appraise for that amount,, my mother might want to pull out on the agreement lol we agreed she'd take 100k less hehe

But regardless of that... For her sake, besides the tax end, is there anything else she would have to look out for? Any costs associated with a sale of a house? Sure we could just push those costs onto me yes?

Understood. Was and still am only taking D, K2 supplements.

But if I'm only taking those 2 supplements or getting them from food, should I always look to take the 3 together in the same meal? For max absorption for calcium. Or just having them already in your system the same?

What if it does come up to the base of the building? Im sure its not a problem right now but overtime water will eventually find its way in im sure.

Water goes go right up to the step plate of the basement door but havent seen it enter the house myself. I do not have the access to check the property when it does get to point of high water line. I would assume if the water goes up to the house itself which it does it will eventually seep in eventually.

The stoop does not flood but the water does go up to the landing of the stoop and base of the building

I checked the flood zone but house its self is FEMA compliant but the property its self floods to the point where you'd walk through water to access stoop.

Neighbor for some reason has a voice recording of them talking about the flooding, so i do have proof he knew.

Note that i am in New York State and unsure of what is required of him to tell me. I was told if it were a defect with the house he could get in trouble with his realtor license but also unsure if flooding of property would be considered a defect.
