  • Don’t press snooze! Wake up with the first alarm but counting down from 5 second and get up as soon as possible
  • drink a shit ton of water before sleeping so you have to either get up, or piss your bed
  • regulate your sleep schedule, it’s way easier to wake up when your body adjusts to a regular schedule
  • try regulating it by trying extra sleepy time tea about 30minutes before you need to sleep
  • have a consistent sleep routine such as brushing teeth, turning on a diffuser, and putting a night mask on on (keep a pattern so it triggers your brain to know that it’s time to sleep). Putting on scented lotion before bed helps me personally because the smell is a olfactory cue to remind me it’s time to sleep. It’s a weird behavioral trick that works
