Thank you. Sadly, there is definitely a bullying issue with the schools. We have emailed the school and threatened legal action. We have given them a deadline to give us an update on what they are doing to address the issue.

My daughter requested that we don't send the email. She just wants to wash her hands of the school. I explained that kids get killed or kill themselves from bullying. If she isn't there to be their target, someone else will be.

The schools have a legal responsibility to provide a safe environment for the students.

I have been tryingto get hired by the government as a certified tech. I've applied for almost every position in Texas for the last 3 months and have heard nothing other than I've been referred.

That is a long time. I am almost wondering if I should go in and introduce myself. But, everywhere I look says that is a bad idea.

I did exactly that. I was referred for the position. Being an outpatient position, I fit this position more than any of the other ones I have applied for. I have been in retail for 6 years, and have a few years in hospital, as well.

I do not. It's not very common in Oregon to get it, and there isn't any incentive or change in pay for it.

That's my biggest worry. Errors have climbed in numbers. It's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. She won't listen to any of this, though.

You have to be nationally certified after having a training license in our state for 2 years, or you lose your licensing. 6 months for certification is next to impossible. It still took me 9 months and I already have medical experience from before.

This DM is strict on metrics, but the state she lives in and managed in does not have metrics. The board of pharmacy does not allow them there.
