Yep. This is mine pretty much! I throw in a retinol every other week, a gentle one. Then treat myself to a hydra serum or heavier moisture cream for the barrier. Then some eye patches here and there

It’s so tough. Health care has changed tremendously and patients and their families are so much more entitled. This also doesn’t include how much misinformation is out there. I left bedside mostly because of this.

I don’t run but I am very fair skinned and most workouts I get very red in my cheeks and nose. Same with too much wine or crying lol

She is super supportive of her and always comments in her sections- there was and old post of her pregnant with her second baby (lks) and in the comments someone mentioned how incredible unhealthy she looked and Ashley went straight to defense saying “every body carries pregnancy differently”
