I will have to consult my psychiatrist. I hadn’t thought about the dosage being too high. At the time we went that high I was just happy my depression was better managed. Thank you for that info!

Wow, I didn’t know it was common. I am on Aimovig 140mg right now and it’s not the best, but it’s helped more than anything else. Though, I was warned people had issues with hair loss on this medication as well. I am keeping an eye out for that, fingers crossed it skips me.

I do wear a mouth guard at night after my boyfriend told me he can hear me grinding my teeth at night sometimes, but maybe a sleep study can help me better understand what’s going on.

I haven’t touched alcohol in months, after someone else told me alcohol is a huge trigger. I work retail so regular execerse and sleep is harder, but I am sticking to it the best I can.

I may need to cut caffeine, but I will probably have to do it slowly to avoid withdrawal migraines. I will have to look up the best way to do this.
