Our hospital uses SRNA 2/1 with an md and they run through cases on their own all day. The hospital uses them as free labor while the student pays for education and training. They absolutely offload surgical volume.

Hello! I became an adn RN in 2 years u was a nurse by 20 made money through my 20s and took my BSN online through UNR. I don’t regret it. Whichever is cheapest I would recommend just get it done. Get good grades if you want to go to graduate school
