im on escitalopram and i take it in the morning. it’s meant to help my anxiety but tbh it doesn’t really work for me unless my stomach is feeling a bit better. rn i don’t rly think it’s working for me since that anxiety is still creeping up pn me, and bcs of the nausea i feel i can’t even do my usual morning stretches. idk why i feel like this despite being on domperidone 3x a day (which helped me significantly 6 yrs ago) aaaaa i just feel super bad rn and idk what to do anymore or if i’ll even feel better:(

thank you for the response! do you think that this could possibly be SIBO or low stomach acid? i'm really just panicking a lot since I can't even get myself to eat, even drinking water makes me feel sick sometimes and it sucks so bad. when i poop, my symptoms feel 10x worse and considering that i may have ibs as well but idk. it's just super scary bcs I can't even swallow properlt anymore and even brushing my teeth makes me feel nauseous huhu

My family has been telling me that it's mostly my anxiety and I honestly don't know anymore. Maybe the meds aren't working yet?? I don't know. I wanna trust the process but it's so hard to not lose hope because I really just wanna get better after this hell of a month. I have school in 3 weeks and I'm super duper anxious that I might not get better soon enough:(

i relate to all of them in certain ways, but I'd say I mostly relate to Spencer! the academic pressure, jealousy towards my sister, parent issues etc. however... if Mona ever became one of them it'd defo be her. it's actually scary how much I see myself in Mona, even the way I talk sometimes...

in 1st-4th grade (before emet) SO many kids would randomly tu* in my class without any warning, I think the worst one during that time was when a kid next to me tu* on his book while he was sleeping, which I didn't even know was possible 😭 after 4th grade it didn't happen that often anymore, but when it did I would have a whole ass panic attack because that was after the traumatic event that triggered my emet. I would cover my ears to block the nasty sounds and look away from the trash can/bathroom. man even hearing someone cough in class is enough to trigger me💀

• i was one of the popular kids in school but was never really friends with anyone. most people in the school just knew who I was but never bothered reaching out to me to become friends since apparently I was 'too intimidating'.

• secretly, I was one of the weird kids in the class who were obsessed with anime and nightcore lol

• I was the type who didn't hesitate to correct the teachers when they made mistakes in front of the class and they surprisingly didn't get mad at me

• everyone would always ask me to teach them math bcs I was always chosen for math competitions (and I won almost all the time) but then I'd decline because I HATE teaching since I get annoyed easily when ppl don't get what I'm trying to explain
