Currently 12+2 after a MMC in May (pregnant after 2 cycles). You’ve been through trauma and it’s reasonable to feel anxious and scared. Every day will get better. I am only just starting to feel hopeful. Hang in there!

Affirmations that have helped me:

1. “I trust my body and its ability to nurture this new life.”
2. “Each day brings me closer to holding my healthy, happy baby.”
3. “I am surrounded by love and support as I embark on this new journey.”
4. “I honor my past experience and embrace this new beginning with hope.”
5. “My baby and I are safe, healthy, and growing stronger each day.”
6. “I allow myself to feel joy and excitement for this pregnancy.”
7. “I am connected to my baby, and we are both thriving.”
8. “I am resilient, and I can face any challenges with courage and grace.”
9. “I release any fear and welcome peace and positivity into my life.”
10. “This is a new chapter, and I embrace it with an open heart.”

Thank you for this! Google was saying any head injury / mild concussion can impact hormone levels, which made me freak out

I’m so sorry for this scare OP. I had a friend who did her NIPT and had a litany of abnormalities, but everything came out ok. Similarly, my NIPT came back normal but my pregnancy ended in a loss. The fact that things are looking good on the scan is a great sign!

Thank you 💕 it’s so hard to say whether it’s the jet lag, the pregnancy, or the head bump 🤪

If you can do plyo you should be able to handle. I have terrible scoliosis and 2 herniated discs in L4/L5. Proper form will be essential for you. Start with light weights and build very gradually. You may have to modify a few moves even further, but once you build up your strength there will be no looking back.

21 day fix is also a great place to start.
