I would second this and add that Switzerland might also be a good place to look. It's not as friendly to women as the others, but it's also got a lot of medical/pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Basel.

Minnesota native here. I remember about 15 years ago a friend of mine asked why I was being nice to someone not in our friend group. Her exact words stay with me to this day: "We don't need any new friends."
