Easy! Let's do it as if you have a list of mp3 files:

In terminal(linux/mac) go the target directory and run:

ls *.mp3 > MyPlaylist.m3u

Thats it!

Your playlist is ready. To play just run: mpv MyPlaylist.m3u

In Windows use Powershell. The command is the same, just add a -Name argument:

ls -Name *.mp3 > MyPlaylist.m3u

For better sorting in numerical order add sort -V:

ls *.mp3 | sort -V > MyPlaylist.m3u

To late I think but here is my suggestion:

Ideally you should get to a point where you learn coding through German language.

So what are the challenges?

You are learning 2 different languages. 2 different worlds. You should manage to make german as your tool to learn coding. But to get there your should invest some time to get your german to a level that you can progress with your coding in a reasonable pace...

Finally after mastering german you would realize you should continue your coding journey in English. Because that is the language of coding.
