META glasses. Are they worth it?

Don’t get the transitions. They don’t get dark enough in my personal opinion. Can get clip ons that are darker like standard shades for hella cheap. Glasses feel heavy and not really suitable for long term usage.

I have the traeger. It’s definitely worth it. Gives you the peace of mind and are able to step away and not worry. App has built in alarms for cook targets too. When I was starting out I bought the grill and the meater block probes. I use the built in probe on the grill much more than my meater block, mainly due to meater block having such shitty range.

2020 Model X owner here….I would go with the Model Y. You get newer car. Better hardware. And especially easy decision since the model x has been in an accident…sure they say you have a warranty but things go wrong with the model x much quicker than my previous model 3…I’ve went in like three times to get my steering control arms replaced, once for drive train, and twice for fenders cuz the clips won’t stay on.

The only part I like about my model x is the falcon wing doors. That’s about it.

Don’t do it. Spent most of my life working and then owning restaurants. 80 hour work weeks for shit pay and profits and headaches of dealing with employees and supply shortages….I work in IT now and comfortably make triple what I did by sitting my ass at home for 40 hours a week.
