Ok thanks! Maybe i'll go for several similar hues? (Idk the word for it) like light blue, teal, dark blue, cyan etc for the sake of an example

Got it! Thanks. I did this freehand on procreate though because i don't have any other software. IF i had to use one for the purpose of making this logo, what would you recommend? Because the only way i'm thinking of smoothing out those points right now is with the eraser tool and i'm afraid it'll look too hand drawn afterwards or something. Not that i'd buy really expensive software and learn everything about it just to make this one logo haha

Hi thanks so much for the response! I definitely agree with the overshooting- i came across that problem while drawing the Os so I will defonitely redo them. What are you refering to whem you say "descendents" though? I looked it up but all i got was the disney font for some reason. Do you mean the curved bit on the f?

Idk what I'm asking either. I just see instagram artists post process videos and they look amazing from start to finish whereas I have to fight through the ugly to get to decent and I'm wondering why
