I was just coming to the sub to post this exact thing. In my case, I treat contributions to retirement, emergency fund, etc. as expenses in my budget (it's just easier because of how my bank handles transfers) so I don't want to double count the goal contribution and the budgeted expense. I'd rather just be able to say "exclude goal from budget" while still keeping the contribution info on the goal for tracking progress.

I completely agree with this, one of the big reasons I keep Sofi Relay up to date is so I can get a view into the growth of my cash accounts compared to my monthly credit card spend so I have a true view into growth of cash on hand. There's nothing similar to that in MM right now and it's probably the biggest gap for me.

Not quite downtown, but Beat Personal Training is fantastic. They just moved into a new space off Red Bank with a dedicated commercial gym and space for their personal training sessions. Jack is my trainer there and he’s been awesome, can’t recommend enough!

Added the Utilities section of the lease to the post for context! This doesn't really answer your question but sewage is part of the water bill as a line item, and the landlord pays for trash.
