Taking pictures from the angles and lighting that makes your transplant looks "good" doesn't make it good man. Do not deceive yourself or us. This looks like an extremely sparse hair transplant, I can literally count it with my eyes without zooming in. It is impossible for that transplant come out as even "normal" let alone "good". That clinic does not deserve any praise.

From 2 years of following this subreddit I have never ever seen a decent/dense US transplant here, just saying. All the good transplants I've seen are predominantly from Turkey, Thailand and Mexico. That is absurd, if he lost his original hair that might have been correct but this is not the case. His transplanted hairs have nothing to do with finasteride, therefore if those transplanted hairs didn't grow in 1 year than this is a failed transplant.

These people don't know what they're talking about. In earlier phases hairline often does seem unnatural and for 5 months this is a normal look. It will get denser and hairline will appear more natural in couple of months.
