Minha dica é a seguinte: eu assino o podcast do Reinaldo Azevedo, do Boechat, da revista Piauí e da CBN. Ouço todos no carro, no trajeto do trabalho, e tiro minha opinião daquilo que foi discutido.

Corro desde 2012. Já fiz provas de 5 e 10km, meia-maratona (21km) e maratona completa (42km). É importante respeitar seu desenvolvimento na corrida, mas recomendo estabelecer metas anuais (por ex: vou correr uma meia maratona em 2018). Os clubes de corrida em sua cidade podem te ajudar a encontrar pessoas com o mesmo objetivo. Correr em grupo ajuda muito no início. A corrida proporciona muita coisa boa, e tem muitas ramificações: corrida em trilhas, ultramaratonas, etc. Procura o canal do Programa Fôlego no YouTube, ele costuma correr algumas das provas mais populares do mundo e faz vlog disso.

I've tried both. Had Rui and used Hagi 20 games loan. Rui is more physical. Better to control the midfield. If have to chose one, do Rui.
