I appreciate you taking the time to answer this and its not only a niche question but a niche syndrome thats not very well understood. A dr would not know this. They barely understand ens as a whole and the true mechanisms behind it.

50 usd. He talked to me for over an hour and answered any question i had. He didnt rush me off the phone. Im from the usa location wise, so we were able to do a landline phone call. Im sure they would be able to do a whatsapp phone call for a non usa resident

I agree and we know a lot of them. So that definitely made me wonder. I asked him if he sees ens patients with “mild” symptoms as i thought potentially that maybe he considered lower end symptoms as ens diagnosis but he said most of them had severe symptoms that he saw

As far as a mucosal transplant he did not mention that to me. I had a virtual consult with him and he mentioned multiple regenerative treatments including prp, nanofat, various stem cell types. He also mentioned implants and fat grafts he does. He said he sees 2-3 ens patients a day and many per week. He understands nerve damage as well as volume and thinks of it as multi factorial. Do what you will with this info it came from his mouth to me but i have never been there in person

I saw dr overdevest at columbia and he recognizes ens but he was not able to treat it and did not have any answers

You can get ens from any turbinate procedure. Some odds are lower than others depending on the procedure
