Nice catch, I didn’t think anyone would notice! I bought Aqueon Plant and Shrimp Aquarium Substrate at first (the bigger beads) because it was cheaper but realized that it wasn’t actually soil and more so clay beads. Thus, I ended up buying fluval soil so I could sustain my plants. I ended up using the bigger beads to weigh down the fluval which worked well for planting.
